Sika MonoTop® 612 F.  Ready-to-use, fiber-reinforced, and rapid-setting repair mortar - 25kg.

Sika MonoTop®-612 F is a one-component cement-based repair mortar with special additives and fibers. After mixing with water, it forms a gray repair mortar. It can be applied manually or by spraying. Classified as R2 according to EN 1504-3.

  • Applies in one layer from 4 to 60 mm thickness
  • Adheres perfectly to most substrates (concrete, mortar, stone, brick)
  • Contains fibers to reduce the risk of cracking due to shrinkage.

    Applications

    Non-structural concrete repairs: spalls, honeycombs, balcony soffits, parapets and undersides, cornices, etc.

     

    Advantages

    • Applies in one layer with a thickness of 4 to 60 mm.
    • Adheres perfectly to most substrates (concrete, mortar, stone, brick).
    • Contains fibers that reduce the risk of cracking due to shrinkage.
    • Accelerated setting, even at low temperatures.
    • Provides a "ready-to-paint" finished appearance after 24 hours at 20°C.
