Sika® Sanisil® Silicone sealant for sanitary applications
Sika® Sanisil® is a 1-part, non-sag, silicone sealant with long term resistance to fungus and mildew.
- Good long term fungus and mildew resistance

- Sanitary or other sealing applications where mildew and fungus resistance is required

Application:
Backing Material: Use closed cell, polyethylene foam backing rod.
Sag Flow: < 1 mm (20 mm profile, +23 °C) (ISO 7390)
Ambient Air Temperature: +5 °C min. / +40 °C max.
Substrate Temperature: +5 °C min. / +40 °C max., min. 3 °C above dew point temperature
Curing Rate: ~3,0 mm/24 hours (+23 °C / 50 % r.h.), (CQP* 049-2)
